- Returns & Replacements
- We stand behind our products. Please check the fabric as soon as you have received your online shipment. Please contact us if you have any issue with your fabric ( before you cut and use it) and we will work with you get a replacement. We encourage our customers to order samples/swatches for a color match, feel of the fabric to make sure that what they had in mind is what they will get. Please inspect fabric prior to cutting. No fabric/trim will accepted for return once it is cut. Swatches, samples cannot be returned for refunds. Purchases made in a physical 'brick and mortar' store (if returnable) must be processed by the rules that relate to the store from where the merchandise was purchased.
